Project Description

Project Title:  View help for Project Title Supporting Materials: Skeletal muscle transcriptome in myoglobin knockout mice
Summary:  View help for Summary Excel file with RNASeq-derived results comparing wildtype vs. myoglobin knockout mice, gastrocnemius and soleus muscles. Male and female mice were fed a 45% of energy high fat diet for ~13 wk prior to tissue collection.
