Project Description

Project Title:  View help for Project Title Osmia lignaria genome assembly release v1
Summary:  View help for Summary Genome was assembled from a single male, gDNA isolated from the flight muscle using the Gentra Puregene kit. PacBio S2 sequencing at 127x coverage, polished with NextSeq-500 Illumina reads at >150x coverage.

The project is funded by the USDA Agricultural Research Service and North Dakota State University through a Track-2 EPSCoR grant (NSF-EPSCoR-1826834).
