Project Description

Project Title:  View help for Project Title Predicted Avian Influenza Prevalence for Wild Waterfowl Species Across the Continental United States
Summary:  View help for Summary This data release provides the predicted proportion of birds testing positive for IAV for each species at weekly intervals for each county centroid in the continental United States. This data supports a paired USGS publication.

These model derived data were assembled to serve as inputs to models for the estimation of avian influenza transmission risk from wild waterfowl to domestic poultry.

This data is intended to be opened via R. The number of rows exceeds the maximum limit in excel meaning not all data will be displayed if opened within excel.
