Summary:  View help for Summary Established in November of 2020, the Education Stabilization Fund (ESF) Public Transparency Portal at Covid-Relief-Data.ed.gov disseminates information about the Education Stabilization Funds (ESF) programs managed by the U.S. Department of Education and authorized by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES), Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA), and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP).
