Project Description

Project Title:  View help for Project Title New Orleans Hurricane Katrina flood depth
Summary:  View help for Summary
This dataset contains geospatial information on the extent of post-Katrina flooding in New Orleans. The flood depth was constructed from satellite imagery. The flood depth variable reflects the likely depth of standing water as of 8/31/2005 and therefore does not necessarily show all areas that flooded (e.g. areas from which the water receded before satellite images were taken).
