Summary:  View help for Summary Monthly Cumulative Percent of Persons Who Received 1+ updated 2023-24 COVID-19 Vaccination Doses by Age Group and Jurisdiction • Estimated Number of COVID-19 vaccinations among children 6 months–17 years and adults is assessed through U.S. jurisdictions’ Immunization Information Systems (IIS) data, submitted from jurisdictions to CDC monthly in aggregate by age group. • Starting in September 2023, the CDC recommended the 2023-2024 updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against serious illness from COVID-19.
