Project Description

Project Title:  View help for Project Title ETA 5159: Claims and Payment Activities
Summary:  View help for Summary The ETA 5159 report contains monthly information on claims activities and on the number and amount of payments under state unemployment insurance laws (state UI) and Federal unemployment insurance laws for Federal workers (UCFE) and for ex-service members (UCX). These data are used in budgetary and administrative planning, program evaluation, and reports to Congress and the public. The data on this report provides the basis for many common UI measures such as average duration, exhaustion rates, weeks compensated and benefits paid.
